SHE SERVED
In celebration of Women's History Month, Military and Veterans Services and the Women's Resource and Interpersonal Violence Prevention Center collaborated to curate an exhibit, She Served, featuring photos of more than 150 women from the Kennesaw State University community who served in the military. The photographs reflect more than seventy years of service, from World War II through today.
The biographies of seven of these women highlight their contributions to the military and are representative of all who served. Women's military service is frequently dismissed or forgotten, and this exhibit hopes to celebrate the important and honorable service of women to our country.
